You may return items shipped from Bluelakeskincare.com within 60 days of receipt of shipment. If the return is due to our error (for example, if you received an incorrect item), we'll pay the return shipping costs.
Receiving Your Refund
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund confirmation once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). In many cases, you will receive a refund sooner.
How to Return An Item
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Using a trackable shipping service please send the merchandise back to the following address:

Insurance and Tracking on Returns
If you are sending the item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued over $35 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. For items valued under $35, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a return package doesn't arrive to the seller and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to refund your purchase.
